Who are we

At 24i we create and deploy TV apps and games for every screen, from set-top boxes, SmartTVs and media players to game consoles, tablets and mobile phones.

Our clients are well known content creators like TV Nova, TV Prima, HBO Europe, RTL, SBS, NPO, Sinclair, Entel, Globo and many more.

Our mission is to simplify, unify and magnify the video experience across all TV platforms on any device and convert that into valuable, individual consumer engagements.

Job description

For our location in Brno, Czech Republic we are looking for an office manager. In this role, you are responsible for the optimal functioning of our office. You make sure everyone at the office can work efficiently in a pleasant environment, by a combination of facilitating, organisational and administrative activities.

Your job consists of a wide range of activities and responsibilities, among which:

-   Receiving and processing mail and packages

-   Answering telephone and receiving guests

-   Communication with service providers

-   Managing office director’s agenda

-   Booking of (international) trips

-   Payroll preparation

-   Assist in HR & recruitment processes

-   (Assist in) organising of office events

-   Preparing overview of incoming invoices for accountant

-   Managing snacks & drinks at the office

-   Managing office supplies

Your skills

  • Proficient in Czech and English language is a must
  • Experienced in using MS Office
  • Helpful and facilitative
  • Proactive and independent, with top organizational abilities
  • Sensitive to colleagues’ and organisation’s needs
  • Eye for detail
  • Reliable and discrete
  • Sparkling personality
