What you are supposed to do

We are currently looking for Team Coordinator to Retail team which provides consulting to landlords as well as to occupiers of retail premises across the whole country.

Your role:

Coordination of team invitations and activities

Communication with other agencies and within retail group

Preparation of materials for tenders

Communication with marketing and PR team on materials and activities

Database update

Photos editing, text creating and editing

Communication and cooperation with finance team (invoicing, debtors, etc.)

Support all team members with their daily tasks upon request

Other ad hoc activities

Your skills

  • Excellent communication skills in English and in Czech (verbal and written)
  • Strong PC skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Great communication and organizational skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Flexible, proactive approach
