We are a team of 18 professionals of 6 different nationalities which makes the team atmosphere an interesting multicultural place to work in. Any European speaker is welcome however English remains our language in common. We are very proud of the credit our team gained through the years of the service and we always strive to represent ourselves as well as the team as a competent and functional support. Our work scope can change because we have to respond to various client’s requests and this means that we work on our own and that we are expected to be able to make decisions by ourselves. Once trained and ready, the team and work set up allows us to work even from the comfort of home extensively.
We help our clients with the administrative work related to the technology reselling process, starting from creating the Accenture offer, controlling the required documentation, gathering the approvals needed, requesting purchase orders and following the delivery of the products to invoicing the client. We constantly communicate with our colleagues from Sales, Finance and other teams and we mediate the entire process in order to successfully resolve the client’s request. If we think of the reselling process as e.g. a hamburger, our team is the variety of ingredients that together connect the whole product and make it complete.
You will communicate via emails as well as participate in conference calls
You will jump from one task to another based on priorities
Once you understand all the processes, you will advise our sales people in case of doubt or if better approaches are available
