Meet Martina

I graduated from the Economical Faculty of ZČU right into the middle of economic crisis so it wasn’t as easy to find a job as it is today. At that time, I approached several companies and I was lucky that one of the first companies that reached out to me and invited me to an interview was Johnson & Johnson. However, right after the job interview I wasn’t too sure I wanted to work there. I took some time to think the opportunity through and started gathering information about the company. When I found out that they operate globally, I decided to take the risk and accept the offer. I started working here in 2009 and now I know it was the right decision to make.

Meet Petra

After finishing my English and German studies I decided to focus more on the latter. Which is why I started working for a company where I could use German to communicate with clients on a daily basis. However, ten years later I told myself it was time for a change. Now or never. I didn’t want to spend my entire life in one company. I took a short break to reenergize and to think through what next step would be the best for me. Johnson & Johnson impressed me at that time especially by their accommodating attitude towards their employees. That was a key factor for me and I joined in 2016.

Meet Martin

I joined Johnson & Johnson after returning from abroad where I had studied economics. I’m part of the Onboarding team and I provide everything necessary for the arrival of a new employee. From preparing the employment contract, through the registration in the system to ensuring a company car. In summer of 2018, I joined the HR Development Leadership program. Over the next three years, I will try out working in various positions and I have the unique opportunity to participate in attractive projects.

Meet Saskia

We begin each morning with a meeting where we tell each other what to focus on that day and whether we have some unresolved issues from the previous day. It also gives us the perfect space for sharing experiences and finding collective solutions to various complex situations. We are a new department. We have only been in operation since August 2018. And we have a lot of work ahead of us. I spend most of my time by refining and setting up processes, reporting and building the team as well as its relationship with other teams.
